Private label, white label, or store label are exclusive labels that a particular store owns. 

They are the packaging and brand names specific to a particular store. For example, include Walmart’s “Great Value” Costco’s “Kirkland” brand, and “Life Brand”, available at Shoppers Drug Mart.

  • Control over branding- Private label products bear the brand name and packaging design created by the retailer.
