PRP(Platelet-Rich Plasma) Consultation
What Platelet-rich plasma (PRP)?
concentrate of platelet-rich plasma protein derived from whole blood, centrifuged to remove red blood cells.
What is Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy?
uses injections of a concentration of a patient's own platelets to accelerate the healing of injured tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints. In this way, PRP injections use each individual patient's own healing system to improve musculoskeletal problems.
What does Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatment do for skin?
It stimulates collagen and elastin production which thickens and tightens skin, dramatically smoothes wrinkles and fine lines. Because it stimulates collagen under epidermis, you will see improvement of skin texture and tone. It's also treated for people who suffer from rosacea or acne.
How’s the procedure?
A small blood sample is taken from the person being treated and put into a centrifuge or other specialized device that spins at high speed. This process separates platelets from other blood components. The concentration of platelets is then injected into the area of the person’s body that needs to be treated.
PRP is amazing, it's all natural.
for hair growth
PRP allows your stem cells and growth factors to combine efforts to reverse the shrinking of hair follicles and send dormant hair back into a growth stage. The result is thickening and regrowth of hair.
Doctors injects PRP into the scalp, as a way of reducing the inflammation that can lead to hair loss.
when should I expect result?
Improvement of skin texture and tone can be noticeable within three weeks and improvement continues for the next 8 months as more collagen is laid under the skin.
how long will last?
The results typically last 2 years can be longer.
how many sessions do I need?
For the best result, we recommend three to six treatments, 4-6 weeks apart. Depend on individual’s skin condition and goal.
