Q: How long does it take to see the results of NAKEDFACE on my skin?

A: Results from using our products can vary from person to person, depending on factors such as skin type, consistency of use, and individual skin concerns. In general, you may start to notice improvements within a few days to weeks of regular use. However, for more significant and long-lasting results, we recommend incorporating our products into your daily skincare routine for at least a few months. 1) You have purchased a product: With any purchase, we do include a sample. Just state which product that you want to try as a sample when you check out.

Q: Where are your ingredients supplied and sourced?

A: We work with local suppliers within the GTA and only source naturally-derived ingredients for our products.

Q: What is the shelf life of your products?

A: Most of our products have a shelf life of 6 to 12 months from the date of first opening the container. Look on the label for a jar icon containing 6M or 12M .

Q: Where should I store your products?

A: Our products are crafted using 100% natural oils and naturally-derived ingredients. Store all items at room temperature and avoid direct sunlight. Additionally, it is suggested to keep the products away from children.

Q: Are your products paraben, synthetic fragrance, sulfate, and phthalate -free?

A: We can ensure that all our products are free from ingredients of concern, specifically parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, and phthalates.

Q: Are your products safe to use on babies?

A: We have not tested the products on infants so we can’t suggest that the products are suitable to use on them. Consult with your family doctor or paediatrician for appropriate infant care options.

Q: Do you test on animals?

A: No, we do not and will never test on animals!

Q: Are your products fragrance free?

A: All of our products are free from synthetic fragrances however, we used a blend of essential oils in Face Oil + Harmony Blend!

Because most of our ingredients that are sourced are plant-based, we are able to create an unscented or lightly scented to version create a joyful experience without any undesired effects on your skin.

Q: Are all of your products recyclable?

A: Some portion of our products uses plastic container, such as the cleanser, toner, and moisturizer jar component, which are not recyclable as of yet. However our Hyaluronic and Vitamin C serum and Face Oil glass bottle can be recycled.

Q: Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

A: Yes, our products are cruelty-free and vegan. We are committed to creating ethical and sustainable products that align with our values of compassion and responsibility. Our formulations are never tested on animals, and we do not use any animal-derived ingredients in our products. You can shop with peace of mind knowing that our products are both cruelty-free and vegan-friendly.
