Shipping

I saw your retail stores are temporarily closed— are you still fulfilling online orders?

Yes! While our Leaside Studio & Shop is temporarily closed, nakedface.ca is still open and operating 24/7. The safety of our team and customers is our top priority. We’re monitoring the situation very closely and taking necessary safety precautions.

When can I expect to receive my order package— are there currently processing or shipping delays?

We are working closely to ensure you get your order as quickly as possibly. See below for the most up-to-date information:

Shipping Time (after you get your shipment notification!)

Canada: Standard: 1-4 business days, Rush 1-3 business days
United States: Standard: 3-7 business days, Rush 2-3 business days

Note: Order processing time takes 1-2 business days.

Where does NAKEDFACE ship?

Currently ships Canada & US. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas up north in Canada.

Tell me about shipping to Canada.

We offer a large option of carriers for our customer.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. Our package does not require signature for delivery.

How long will it take to ship to Canada?

Shipping within Canada in major provinces will take 1-4 business days (it may take a few extra days to deliver to remote areas). No matter which shipping method you choose, we’ll send a tracking number so you can watch your package’s journey. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We can ship to Canadian PO Boxes with Standard Shipping. Expedited orders are shipped via UPS and require a residential or business street address.

When will my order ship?

Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number of your package ships. 

I'm having problems with the tracking.

In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us at info@nakedface.ca. 

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email us info@nakedface.ca. 

How can I find out more information about a product?

What skin types are NAKEDFACE products suitable for?

Our products are appropriate for all skin types: they’re hypoallergenic, fragrance, and dye free, and paraben free.

Will my product melt/dry/freeze/expire/etc.?

If the product is subjected to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it will not impact the product’s efficacy, though it may result in a thicker or thinner texture.

While the products don’t have a formal expiration date, it is generally recommended that they be used within 18 month~ 24 month of manufacture or 6 months after opening for best product quality

Are you cruelty free?

We’re committed to being cruelty free: this means we do not test on animals at any stage of product development, and we will only work with vendors who uphold the same standards. 

Can I sell the products on my own site?

Returns & Exchanges

How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry you are not happy with the product. Please reach out to info@nakedface.ca.

What’s your return policy?

We would like to apologize in advance that we do not accept any refund, exchange,  or return at this time on this product once sold due to the unique current circumstance. All merchandise is final sale at this time.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
