Q: Is there free shipping with my purchase?

A: Yes! We happily offer free shipping for orders over $100 in Canada & $200 in US.


Q: What are your shipping fee & methods?

A: We offer free shipping over $100 on total purchase in Canada, $200 in US. If anything under, we offer option of methods to choose before the check out process as standard, express, and international shipping options to cater to your needs.


Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery can take between 3-7 business days.


Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.


Q: What is your return policy?

A: We will provide a refund for any product new, unused, unopened, ordered within 30 days of purchase. Just contact us at (do not forget to include your order number) with the products you'd like to return and we will get back to you with directions. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.


Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

A: If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately, and we will address the issue directly. Please include pictures of the product (damaged or wrongly delivered) your email so we can resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.


Q: Can I modify or exchange my order?

A: Yes, If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to immediately. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and may not be able to accommodate your request but will be happy to work with you until it is resolved.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel single items from an order. If you order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will be refunded for any cancelled items.
